Any drop in services canceled after 5PM the day prior or the same day will be charged a 50% cancelation rate. 

Any “vacation visit” drop-ins (multiple days/ week long drop in bookings) that are canceled less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 25% cancellation fee to compensate your sitter.

Any "advanced service" cancellations made less than 5 days from first day of booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

We kindly ask for your cooperation in avoiding last-minute cancellations whenever possible.

We offer a 5% discount for first-time customers, 10% discount for long-term stays that exceed 7 nights, and 10% to all active duty military & veterans, as well as all first responders! Please see our pricing page on our website for more information.

A $50 non-refundable, non-creditable retainer is due at time of booking for Overnight Pet Sitting, Boarding, Bed & Barkfast Services, Long term/vacation drop in visits, & Farm Sitting only. Please do not book until you are ready to pay your retainer! Your dates will not be held without payment. If your booking is canceled, the retainer will be used to compensate your sitter for their loss. If booking is kept, the $50 will go towards your total invoice.
