We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to accommodate! However, because our sitters reserve time specifically for your pets, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  • Advanced Services (overnights, farm sitting, or extended drop in visits) require a 10% non-refundable deposit at booking. Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled service will not incur additional fees; however, deposits remain non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of your service will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of your service will be charged the full amount of the booking.

These policies help ensure our sitters are fairly compensated for their reserved time and allow us to maintain reliable, consistent care for all of our clients.


We require a 10% non-refundable deposit for all Advanced Service bookings. Please note that your dates are not secured until the deposit has been received.

Because we can only accommodate one advanced service at a time, this policy helps us maintain a consistent schedule. The deposit also ensures your sitter is fairly compensated in the event of a cancellation.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!


We accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment in full is required by Friday of each week for services rendered during that current Monday–Sunday period. Late or unpaid balances may result in a pause in future scheduling until the balance is cleared.


We proudly serve all of Passaic County and Sussex County, NJ!
We also cover select areas of Orange County, NY, and Bergen County, NJ.

A holiday fee applies to services scheduled on or around the following dates:

  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
  • Easter Sunday 
  • Memorial Day 
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & The Friday after
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
